Black Spatial Relics Matching Program for Development and Touring
Emerging from a new partnership with Universities Studying Slavery, Black Spatial Relics has launched the Matching Program for Development and Touring. This free matching program allows institutions of higher learning and cultural institutions to articulate their capacity to support artists who apply for the residency at the stages of either development, touring or both. Based on the content and aesthetic sensibilities of both the artists and the institutional partner, Black Spatial Relics will match and connect artists and institutions. Joining the matching program as an institutional partner does not necessitate a commitment to produce or present any artist’s work. Artists are able to opt-in to the matching program through the Black Spatial Relics application. For more information about joining the matching program as an artist or institutional partner, please email Black Spatial Relics Director, Arielle Julia Brown at blackspatialrelics@gmail.com
